Design and Application of Civil Aviation Maintenance Safety Score System

航空维修安全管理已经成为民航安全管理的一个重要组成部分。目前,我国航司的维修安全评估通常采用定性评估,缺乏数据支撑,且对维修安全状况的评估大多立足于事后,对于隐性风险的发展趋势缺乏预测分析。介绍运用安全积分法对维修安全进行管控以及在移动设备平台上开发安全积分系统的方法,实现对维修安全数据的收集,同时提升一线人员参与维修安全管理的积极性,使安全事件的发生情况得到明显改善。

Aviation maintenance safety management is an important part of civil aviation safety management.At present,the maintenance safety assessment of airlines industry of China usually adopts qualitative assessment,which is lack of data support;the assessment of maintenance safety status is mostly carry on the after event,and the trend of hidden risk is lack of prediction and analysis.Introduces the method of using safety score system to control maintenance risk and the method of developing safety score system on mobile device platform.The safety score system realizes collection of maintenance safety data.It improves the enthusiasm of front-line personnel to participate in maintenance safety management,the occurrence of security incidents has been significantly declined.
