“三不朽”视野下医学生人文素养培养的实践探索——以广州中医药大学为例

Practice of Humanistic Quality Cultivation of Medical Students from the Perspective of Three Immortality:A Study Based on Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine

建设“健康中国”要求医务人员兼具丰富的医学知识、良好的医技水平、广博的人文情怀和有温度的人文关怀。广州中医药大学肿瘤中心于2012年成立医学生志愿服务队,以立德立功立言“三不朽”为培养导向,在优秀传统文化指引下实践课程思政,以经典学习、前辈访谈、同辈分享等手段,树立医学生正确的医德观,依托肿瘤患者康复俱乐部实现医学生的立功,以打造医学生过硬的语言沟通力和文字写作力实现立言。实践证明,上述做法增强了医学生的社会责任感、使命感和专业自豪感,提高了医学生人文素养培养的成效,为医学生职业生涯打下良好基础。

Building a Healthy China requires medical staff to have rich medical knowledge,good medical skills,broad humanistic feelings and warm humanistic care.The Cancer Center of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine established a volunteer service team for medical students in 2012.It is guided by the three immortality of virtue and meritorious service.Under the guidance of excellent traditional culture,the curriculum ideology and politics are practiced,and classic learning,interviews with seniors,sharing with peers,etc.Means,to establish the correct medical ethics of medical students,rely on the cancer patient rehabilitation club to realize the merits of medical students,and to create strong language communication and writing skills of medical students to achieve a standpoint.Practice has proved that the above practices have strengthened the sense of social responsibility of medical students.The sense of mission and professional pride have improved the effectiveness of medical students'humanistic literacy training and laid a good foundation for their careers.
