摘要
目的通过调查医学研究生满意度,发现医学研究生教育中存在问题,针对性地提出提升研究生培养质量的策略和措施。方法运用问卷调查法,对430名医学研究生进行匿名调查,定量资料采用(均数±标准差)描述,运用t检验进行统计推断。结果有95.12%的研究生对于医学研究生教育表示满意,其中对导师满意度得分最高。与2019医药学研究生教育满意度调查报告全国常模相比,学校软硬件方面仅宿舍环境、住宿服务低于全国常模(P<0.05);培养过程方面,课程评价、科研评价、对导师评价均高于全国常模(P<0.05)。结论石河子大学医学研究生教育满意度高,但需优化宿舍环境、住宿服务,进一步加强课程与实践的结合度,建议实践单位对专硕学位研究生提供适当补助津贴。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of medical graduate students to find out the problems in medical graduate education,and to propose strategies and measures to improve the quality of graduate training.Methods Using the questionnaire survey method,an anonymous survey of 430 medical postgraduates was conducted.The quantitative data were described by the mean±standard deviation,and the t test was used for statistical inference.Results 95.12%of postgraduates were satisfied with the medical postgraduate education,among which they had the highest score for the degree of satisfaction with the tutor.Compared with the national norm in the 2019 Medical Graduate Education Satisfaction Survey Report,only the dormitory environment and accommodation services of the school's software and hardware are lower than the national norm(P<0.05);in terms of training process,course evaluation,scientific research evaluation,and evaluation of tutors Both are higher than the national norm(P<0.05).Conclusion Shihezi University has a high degree of satisfaction with medical postgraduate education,but it is necessary to optimize the dormitory environment and accommodation services to further strengthen the integration of courses and practice.It is recommended that practice units provide appropriate subsidies for postgraduates with master's degree.
