基于SPOC的对分课堂教学模式在神经外科教学中的设计和应用 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨小型私人在线课堂(small private online course,SPOC)与对分课堂相结合的教学模式在神经外科本科生教学中的应用效果。方法选取347名2018级五年制临床医学专业本科学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统授课模式,实验组采用SPOC与对分课堂相结合的教学模式,比较两组学生之间的教学效果和测试成绩的差异。结果实验组学生对教学满意度的评价及理论测试成绩及提高学习均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组中97.0%的学生认可SPOC与对分课堂相结合的教学模式,并希望在以后的教学中开展SPOC与对分课堂相结合的授课方式。实验组学生的自主学习能力也显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论SPOC与对分课堂相结合的教学模式能够显著提高教学质量和授课效果,激发学生的学习兴趣,引导和启发学生学习的主动性和创造性,并提高学生独立分析和解决问题的能力,为高等医学教育改革与创新提供了实践经验。 Objective To demonstrate the feasibility of integrating small private online course(SPOC)technology with PAD(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)Class technology in the improvement on neurosurgery education.Methods 347 third-year undergraduate medical students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group took courses in the traditional teaching model,while the experimental group took courses in the combined teaching model.Questionnaire and tests were taken to compare the differences in satisfaction and effects of different teaching models between the two groups of students.Results The evaluation of teaching satisfaction and average test scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,97.0%of the students recognized the teaching model combining SPOC with PAD Class could improve their interest in learning and hoped this teaching model could be carried out in the future classes.The independent learning ability of students in the experimental group was also significantly higher than that of students in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model combining SPOC with PAD Class can significantly improve the teaching quality and effect,stimulate students'interest in learning,guide and inspire students'initiative and creativity in learning,and improve students'ability to independently analyze and solve problems,providing practical experience for the reform and innovation of higher medical education.
