Random vibration analysis and design optimization of an antenna

摘要 针对一款天线抗振动性能较弱,对其结构进行了改进。采用有限元法对设备的固有频率、随机振动所受应力进行仿真,通过正交实验对部分结构件进行优化,降低了应力集中;通过减少转接件提高了模块安装组件的固有频率,对机载产品的结构优化设计及实际生产有较为广泛的参考意义。 The structure of an antenna is improved due to its weak anti-vibration capability.The stress applied resulting from the inherent frequency and random vibration of the equipment is simulated via the finite element method.Part of the structural parts is optimized in the orthogonal experiment to reduce the stress concentration,and the inherent frequency of the mounting component of the module is improved by reducing the number of connectors,which has significant reference value for the structural optimization design and practical production of airborne products.
