通过将马克思主义反贫困理论中国化置于建党百年的背景下,从理论和实践、历史和现实、国内和国际等层面,阐述在马克思主义反贫困理论的指引下中国共产党百年来反贫困理论和实践的发展脉络、伟大成就,能够充分展现中国共产党引领积贫积弱的中国从站起来、富起来再到强起来的过程。同时,通过系统梳理和分析研究中国特色反贫困理论体系,汲取脱贫攻坚精神力量,一方面能够为世界减贫贡献中国智慧、中国经验,有利于推动世界反贫困理论的发展;另一方面能够为我国进入新发展阶段、确保全面建设社会主义现代化国家开好局、起好步,为我国全面推进乡村振兴加快农业农村现代化、最终实现共同富裕提供重要实践启示。

By putting the Sinicization of Marxist anti-poverty theory in the context of the Centennial founding of the Party,this paper expounds the development context and great achievements of the CPC’s anti-poverty theory and practice in the Centennial under the guidance of Marxist anti-poverty theory from the aspects of theory and practice,history and reality,domestic and international.It can fully show the process of the Communist Party of China leading the poor and weak China from standing up,getting rich and then getting strong.At the same time,by systematically combing and studying the theoretical system of anti-poverty with Chinese characteristics,we can absorb the spiritual strength of poverty alleviation.On the one hand,we can contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese experience to world poverty alleviation,which is conducive to promoting the development of world anti-poverty theory.On the other hand,it can provide important practical enlightenment for China to enter a new stage of development,ensure a good start in building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,promote rural revitalization in an allround way,accelerate agricultural and rural modernization,and finally achieve common prosperity.
