摘要
我国正致力于建设创新性国家,而企业是市场的重要参与者,也是创新的主整体,其创新活动对国家创新战略具有积极影响,对企业绩效水平也必然具有一定程度的影响。本文利用我国上市公司2010-2020年的面板数据模型,探究公司创新战略、员工创新行为对企业绩效水平的影响,结果表明:公司实施创新战略不仅对当年公司绩效水平具有正向促进作用,而且具有明显的滞后效应,对未来公司绩效水平的提升具有明显的促进作用。员工创新行为不仅对当期的公司绩效水平具有明显的正向影响,且对未来公司绩效水平的提升具有明显的促进作用。公司规模提升,公司年龄提高,高管薪酬提高以及优化公司股权结构均对公司绩效水平提升具有一定程度的正向影响。
China is committed to building an innovative country,and the enterprise is an important participant in the market,but also the main whole of innovation,its innovation activities have a positive impact on the national innovation strategy,the level of enterprise performance will also have a certain degree of impact.Using the panel data model of China’s listed companies from 2010 to 2020,this paper explores the impact of company innovation strategy and employee innovation behavior on enterprise performance.The results show that:The implementation of innovation strategy not only has a positive effect on the current year’s corporate performance,but also has a significant lag effect on the improvement of corporate performance in the future.Employee innovation behavior not only has a significant positive impact on the current level of corporate performance,but also has a significant promoting effect on the improvement of corporate performance in the future.The increase of company size,the increase of company age,the increase of executive compensation and the optimization of company ownership structure all have a positive impact on the improvement of corporate performance to a certain extent.
