中华民族尊严是中华民族共同体意识的组成部分,近代以来我国民族理论政策具有激发中华民族尊严意识觉醒的作用,在坚持解决国内民族问题的宗旨下,民族理论政策在探索中所形成的民族平等、民族团结和民族区域自治的政策体系,能够推动中华民族的发展,维护中华民族的尊严。结合新时代民族工作的新要求,应切实发挥民族理论政策维护国家统一、民族团结和民族发展的功能,从而进一步维护好中华民族的尊严。

Chinese national dignity is an integral part of the sense of community for the Chinese nation,and the ethnic theories and policies play an important role in the awakening of Chinese national dignity consciousness in modern China,for aiming to solve domestic ethnic problems,the policy system of ethnic equality,ethnic unity and regional ethnic autonomy,formed in the exploration of ethnic theories and policies,can promote the development of the Chinese nation and safeguard Chinese national dignity.So only in line with the new requirements of national work in the new era,and giving full play to the value functions of ethnic theories and policies in safeguarding national reunification,ethnic unity,and national development can we further preserve Chinese national dignity.
