铸牢中华民族共同体意识面临的挑战与应对

Challenges and Countermeasures in Developing the Consciousness of the Chinese Nation Community

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是习近平总书记提出的重大原创性论断,为实现中华民族的伟大复兴凝聚了共识和力量。当前,铸牢中华民族共同体意识还面临一些问题和挑战,如民族分裂势力和地区分裂势力依然存在、民族问题掺杂政治因素使相关问题变得复杂、部分学者对民族理论与政策的理解存在偏差、国际因素的消极影响依然存在等。狭隘民族意识和民族分裂思想的滋长、中华民族共同体意识培育有待深入、西方反华势力与多元文化主义的影响,是以上挑战产生的主要原因。坚持党的全面领导、建构中华民族共同体理论体系、深化民族团结宣传教育、促进各民族交往交流交融、加快民族地区的经济发展,是应对以上挑战的对策。

Developing the consciousness of the Chinese national community is a must for the rejuvenation of Chinese nation and of realistic significance to maintaining national and ethnic union.However,it is faced with many problems and challenges,such as increasing conflicts involving ethnic factors,academic doubts on ethnic policies,challenges from domestic ethnic and regional separatist forces,and threats and challenges from outside China.The main causes of these problems and challenges are the narrow ethnic consciousness and its resulting split thought,the imperfect theoretical construction of the Chinese national community,the insufficient investment in the construction of the Chinese national community,and the influence of hostile western forces and multiculturalism.Therefore,we should take such countermeasures as upholding the leadership of the Party,constructing the theoretical system of the Chinese national community,deepening the publicity and education of ethnic unity and progress,accelerating the overall economic and social development of ethnic areas,and raising the level of the rule of law in work concerning minorities.
