基于计算机信息技术的图书馆服务路径优化研究——以菏泽医学专科学校图书馆为例

Research on Optimization of Library Service Path Based on Computer Information Technology——Take The Library of Heze Medical College as an Example

新生入馆教育与馆内座位管理是图书馆基本服务的两项重要内容,直接影响读者利用图书馆的体验。在传统模式下,这两项工作费时、费力、效果较差,而以计算机信息技术为依托的在线入馆教育与座位预约管理系统有效地解决了这一难题。以菏泽医学专科学校图书馆为例,介绍了两套管理系统的构建实施、具备的优势、存在的不足以及改进措施。

Freshmen’s library entry education and seat management in the library are two important contents of the basic services of the library, which directly affect the readers’ experience of using the library. In the traditional mode, these two tasks are timeconsuming, laborious and have poor results. The online library entry education and seat reservation management system based on computer information technology effectively solves this difficult. Taking The Library of Heze Medical College as an example, this paper introduces the construction and implementation of the two sets of management systems, their advantages, shortcomings and improvement measures.
