摘要
高职大学生自我管理能力不强,与人才培养的目标要求不符。根据职业生涯规划理念,借助生涯九宫格,设定自我管理能力提升目标,确定行动方案,设计大学生成长手册记录成长轨迹。这个方案的实施,以“六自”原则(自我设计、自我实施、自我监督、自我反省、自我修复、自我强化)为保障,正确发挥教师生涯教练的作用,以期唤醒学生的潜能,实现自我修复。
The self-management ability of vocational college students is not strong,which is inconsistent with the goal of talent training.According to the concept of career planning,with the help of the nine-squares of career,set self-management ability improvement goals,determine action plans,and design a university student’s handbook to record growth trajectories.The implementation of this program is guaranteed by the“six-self”principle(self-design,self-implementation,self-monitoring,self-reflection,self-repair,and self-reinforcement),and correctly exerts the role of teacher’s career coach in order to awaken students’potential and realize self-repair.
