职业教育改革背景下高职生就业力评价指标体系的实证研究

摘要 在职业教育改革背景下,围绕高职教育人才培养目标,以Career EDGE模型理论为基础,通过问卷调查与半结构化访谈,运用实证分析方法对所建构就业力评价指标体系进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,尝试构建高职学生就业力结构模型。依据所建构高职生就业力评价指标内容,分析当前高职生就业力现状,针对性地提出就业力提升的策略,研究结论为客观评估高职学生就业力,有效提升就业力提供了实证依据,有力推动高职学生更高质量、更充分的就业目标的实现。 In the context of vocational education reform, around the goal of talent training in higher vocational education, based on the Career EDGE model theory, through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, using empirical analysis methods to construct exploratory factors for the employability evaluation index system analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, this paper trys to build a structural model of vocational students’ employability. According to the content of the evaluation index of vocational students’ employability constructed, this paper analyzes the current situation of vocational students’ employability, and puts forward strategies for improving their employability, and effectively promote the realization of the goal of higher quality and full employment of vocational students.
