离子液体[C_(14)mim]BF_(4)对大鼠的肝脏毒性 被引量:1

摘要 研究离子液体四氟硼酸化-1-十四烷基-3-甲基咪唑盐[C_(14)mim]BF_(4)对大鼠的肝脏毒性。实验设立3个染毒组(12.5、25和50 mg·kg^(-1))、1个染毒恢复组(50 mg·kg^(-1))和空白对照组。大鼠经口染毒90 d后,分别考察各组大鼠的体质量变化、脏体指数、组织形态学变化、肝功能指标和抗氧化酶的活性。结果表明,[C_(14)mim]BF_(4)(12.5、25和50 mg·kg^(-1))染毒后,大鼠的体质量增长随着染毒剂量的增加而降低,肝组织受损并发生病变,肝脏/体质量系数增大;其血清和肝组织中谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)和碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)活性显著增加;肝脏中活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)水平明显上升,过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性则明显下降。[C_(14)mim]BF_(4)亚慢性染毒,可引起大鼠肝脏氧化应激损伤,且其毒性呈一定的剂量依赖性。 To investigate the hepatotoxicity of ionic liquid tetrafluoroborate-1-tetradecyl-3-methyl imidazole salt[C_(14)mim]BF_(4)in rats,three exposure groups(12.5,25,50 mg·kg^(-1)),one recovery group(50 mg·kg^(-1))and a blank control group were established.After 90 days of oral exposure,the changes of body weight,visceral index,histomorphological changes,liver function indexes and antioxidant enzyme activities of rats in each group were investigated respectively.After[C_(14)mim]BF_(4)exposure,the weight gain of rats decreased with the increase of exposure dose,liver tissue was damaged and pathological changes occurred.The ratio of liver to body(the coefficients of liver)was positively related with the[C_(14)mim]BF_(4)dosages.The activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in serum and liver tissue were significantly increased.The level of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in liver increased significantly,while the activities of catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)decreased significantly.Sub-chronic exposure to[C_(14)mim]BF_(4)could cause oxidative stress damage to rat liver and its toxicity showed a dose-dependent manner.
