摘要
总结、分析了2021年及近年我国农药登记的基本情况和特点。近9年,每年微毒/低毒农药登记数量与当年农药登记总量及与本年度新增登记数量的比率均持续上升,其比率的年均值分别为82.7%和93.9%;环境友好的剂型在迅速增加,悬浮剂与本年度新增产品登记数量的比率一直处于领先位置,可分散油悬浮剂的比率增长突显,乳油的比率在逐年递减;杀菌剂的下降打破杀虫剂、杀菌剂和除草剂三大类农药登记数量与本年度新增登记数量比率趋于平均的局面;生物农药登记数量增长显著,7年来其有效成分和产品的年均增长率分别为9.68%和10.6%。中药材用药登记稳步增长,多种农药在药用植物上制定了最大残留限量(MRL)。上述特点表明,我国农药正朝着有利于人畜健康和生态环境安全的方向发展。
This paper summarized and analyzed the basic situation and characteristics of pesticide registration in China in 2021 and recent years.In the past 9 years,the ratio of the annual number of slightly/low-toxic pesticides registered to the total number of registered pesticides and to the number of annual registered pesticides each year has been increasing continuously,with the annual average rate of 82.7%and 93.9%,respectively.A rapid increase can be found in the number of environment friendly formulations,with a continuous leading ratio of the number of registered SC products to that of annual registered products each year,a significant growing tendency on OD formulation product and a consecutive decrease in the ratio of EC formulation products year by year.The decline in fungicides breaks the situation where the ratio of the annual registered number of insecticides,fungicides and herbicides to the total annual registered pesticides number is kept flat.The number of registered biopesticides has grown significantly during the past 7 years,with the annual average growth rate of 9.68%and 10.6%for active ingredients and products,respectively.More pesticides have been registered in Chinese medical herbs when the masximum residue limit(MRL)has been established for a variety of pesticides on medicinal plants.The above characteristics indicate that pesticides in China are developing in the direction of benefiting human and animal health and ecological environment safety.
