摘要
采用浸叶法检测了山东、河北和河南7个棉蚜田间种群对5种常用杀虫剂的敏感性。生测结果表明:山东临沂地区,采自花椒树上的棉蚜对5种杀虫剂的敏感性高,仅对噻虫嗪和高效氯氟氰菊酯产生了低水平抗性,对吡虫啉、氟啶虫胺腈和毒死蜱处于敏感水平。7个棉蚜田间种群对毒死蜱的抗性水平较低,抗性倍数在1.50~7.56倍之间。山东、河南地区棉蚜种群对高效氯氟氰菊酯产生了低至中等水平抗药性,抗性倍数介于5.28~20.32倍之间。6个采自棉花的棉蚜种群对吡虫啉、噻虫嗪和氟啶虫胺腈的抗性水平较高;对吡虫啉的抗性倍数介于48.93~188.32倍之间;对噻虫嗪的抗性倍数介于97.38~370.07倍之间。甚至6个棉蚜种群已经对新型杀虫剂氟啶虫胺腈产生了中、高水平的的抗药性,山东泰安地区的棉蚜对氟啶虫胺腈的抗性倍数最高,高达132.92倍。研究结果表明:山东、河北和河南棉区应减少噻虫嗪、吡虫啉及氟啶虫胺腈的使用次数,合理轮换使用高效氯氟氰菊酯、毒死蜱等其他作用机制的杀虫剂,以减缓棉蚜抗药性的发展。
The sensitivities of 7 field populations of Aphis gossypii collected from Shandong,Hebei and Henan province to 5 insecticides were evaluated by leaf dipping method.The bioassay results indicated that Linyi A.gossypii population obtained from Zanthoxylum was most susceptible to imidacloprid,chlorpyrifos and sulfoxaflor and only developed low resistance to thiamethoxam and lambda-cyhalothrin.7 field populations of Aphis gossypii were relatively susceptible to chlorpyrifos,with the resistance ratios ranging from 1.50 to 7.56.Shandong and Henan populations have developed low to medium level resistance to lambda-cyhalothrin,with the resistance ratios ranging from 5.28 to 20.32.Six A.gossypii populations obtained from cotton showed relatively high resistance to imidacloprid,thiamethoxam and sulfoxaflor,with the resistance ratios of 48.93~188.32 folds to imidacloprid and of 97.38~370.07 folds to thiamethoxam.Moreover,six A.gossypii populations have developed medium to high level resistance to sulfoxaflor.The Taian population showed the highest resistance to sulfoxaflor,with the resistance ratio of 132.92 fold.The results showed that the use of sulfoxaflor,thiamethoxam and imidacloprid should be limited,and that other insecticides with different mode of action such as highly efficient lambda-cyhalothrin and chlorpyrifos should be reasonably rotated in the cotton areas of Shandong,Hebei and Henan provinces,to slow down the resistance development of A.gossypii in these regions.
