基于《中华医典》探讨丹参对肝病的治疗作用

Exploration of the Therapeutic Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on Liver Disease Based on Chinese Medical Dictionary

目的总结分析古代及近代医籍文献中丹参治疗肝病的情况。方法设定检索方法后,对《中华医典》(5版)数据库进行检索,参考相关名家肝病著作等,进行病机分析,利用Excel软件进行归类分析。结果检索共得231个条目,其中丹参治疗肝病的单药类条目有3条,方剂类条目有34条,病案类条目有186条,医论类条目有8条。而丹参治疗肝病的病机主要牵涉肝气郁结、肝气冲逆、肝火、肝风、气滞血瘀、他邪伤肝、肝虚等方面。气血失调在上述病机中可能具有重要作用。结论着眼于气血失调,重用丹参治疗肝病的临床思路及实践,具有丰富的历史渊源,值得进一步深入研究。

Objective:To summarize and analyze the treatment of liver disease by Salvia miltiorrhiza in ancient and modern medical literature.Methods:After setting the retrieval method,the database of Chinese Medical Dictionary(5th edition)was searched,and the pathogenesis analysis was made by referring to the relevant famous works on liver disease,and the classification analysis was carried out by using Excel software.Results:A total of 231 items were retrieved,including 3 items for the treatment of liver disease with Salvia miltiorrhiza,34 items for prescriptions,186 items for medical records,and 8 items for medical theory.The pathogenesis of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the treatment of liver disease mainly involves liver-qi stagnation,liver-qi reversal,liver-fire,liver-wind,qi stagnation and blood stasis,other evils liver injuring and liver deficiency.Qi and blood disorders may play an important role in the above pathogenesis.Conclusion:Focusing on the imbalance of Qi and blood,the clinical thinking and practice of reusing Salvia miltiorrhiza in the treatment of liver disease have rich historical origins and are worthy of further study.
