摘要
目的:探讨白细胞计数/平均血小板体积比值(WMR)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)及冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法:连续入选2019年12月至2020年6月于我院心内科住院且行冠状动脉造影检查的患者252例。分析WMR和NLR与患者ACS诊断及冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。结果:多因素logistic回归分析显示,WMR和NLR升高是ACS的独立危险因素(OR=1.622、1.550,P<0.01);WMR、总胆固醇为冠状动脉病变严重程度的独立危险因素(OR=1.299、1.553,P<0.05)。WMR和NLR诊断ACS的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.845、0.754;WMR和NLR预测冠状动脉病变程度的AUC分别为0.767、0.717。结论:WMR和NLR与ACS及患者冠状动脉血管病变程度有密切关系,对ACS诊断及冠状动脉血管病变程度预测具有一定的临床价值。
Objective:To investigate the correlations between white blood count to mean platelet volume ratio(WMR),neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and the degree of coronary artery disease.Methods:A total of 252 consecutive patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital and underwent coronary angiography were enrolled from December 2019 to June 2020.The correlations between WMR,NLR and ACS diagnosis and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients were analyzed.Results:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that increased WMR and NLR were independent risk factors for ACS(OR=1.622,1.550;P<0.01);WMR and total cholesterol were independent risk factor for the severity of coronary artery disease(OR=1.299,1.553;P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of WMR and NLR for the diagnosis of ACS was 0.845 and 0.754,respectively;the AUC of WMR and NLR for predicting the degree of coronary artery disease was 0.767 and 0.717,respectively.Conclusion:WMR and NLR are closely related to ACS and the degree of coronary artery disease,and have certain clinical value in the diagnosis of ACS and the prediction of the degree of coronary artery disease.
