浓缩生长因子对老年前牙即刻种植患者的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Concentrated Growth Factor on Elderly Patients with Immediate Anterior Teeth Implantation

目的:探讨浓缩生长因子(CGF)对老年前牙即刻种植患者的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2020年1月就诊于本院口腔科行前牙即刻种植修复的98例老年患者作为研究对象,按照随机信封法将其分为研究组和对照组,各49例。对照组在即刻种植后跳跃间隙置入覆盖生物膜;研究组在对照组基础上加入CGF。比较两组术后一般情况、疼痛程度及疼痛时间、不同时间段术后唇侧骨板厚度及种植体周围探诊深度(PD)。结果:两组种植体留存率为100%。术后第1~3天,研究组视觉模拟(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组疼痛时间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后3、6、9个月,研究组唇侧骨板厚度大于对照组,但总体骨板厚度呈逐渐递减的趋势,组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后3、6、9个月,两组种植体周围PD比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在老年前牙即刻种植患者中,使用CGF与Bio-oss联合应用,能有效促进软组织愈合,减轻术后疼痛,增加患者舒适度,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of concentrated growth factor(CGF)on elderly patients with immediate anterior teeth implantation.Methods:98 elderly patients who underwent immediate implant restoration of anterior teeth in the department of stomatology of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into study group and control group by random envelope method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was placed with biofilm in the jumping space after immediate implantation,and the study group was added with CGF on the basis of the control group.The general condition,degree and time of pain,the thickness of labial bone plate and the probing depth(PD)values around the implant were compared between the two groups.Results:The implant retention rate of the two groups was 100%.On the 1 st~3 rd day after operation,visual analogue scale(VAS)of the study group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in pain time between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3,6 and 9 months after operation,the thickness of labial bone plate in the study group was greater than that in the control group,but the overall bone plate thickness showed a gradual decreasing trend,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in PD values around the implant between the two groups at 3,6 and 9 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with immediate anterior teeth implantation,the combination of CGF and Bio-oss can effectively promote soft tissue healing,reduce postoperative pain and increase patient comfort,which has important clinical value.
