浅谈高职院校学籍档案管理存在问题及解决对策——以杨凌职业技术学院水利工程分院为例

学籍档案全面反映着每一个学生在校期间学习的基本情况,在教学、学生管理、毕业生就业等方面发挥着重要作用,但就目前管理而言,依旧存在着不少问题。本篇文章主要是从学籍管理工作的现状及存在问题出发,找出合理解决问题的措施。一个学校学生数量的增多,学籍管理工作的难度就会相应增加,现在很多高校在保管学生学籍档案时,普遍存在着管理漏洞,处理好学生的学籍档案问题可以保证学校的管理规范化。怎样加强对学籍档案的管理,是学校首先应该解决的重要问题。我们必须进一步提高认识,不断探索新经验,对学籍档案管理中存在的问题进行有效地解决。
