Innovative Exploration of Service Guarantee Model for Veterans in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

党的十九大报告提出,让军人成为全社会尊崇的职业。杨凌职业技术学院针对校内退役军人数量多、素质高、分布集中的特点,发挥自身优势、整合多方资源、创新方法路径,探索构建了高职院校“1441”退役军人服务保障模式,收到了学校、政府、部队、企业四方携手和退役、现役、预备役“三役联动”的良好效果,开创了高校退役军人工作新格局,使得学院退役军人的荣誉感、幸福感、使命感进一步增强。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward that the army should be a profession respected by the whole society.Aiming at the characteristics of veterans in college,such as the quantity,high quality,concentrated distribution,Yangling Vocational and Technical College integrated multiple resources,innovated approach,explored and constructed the“1441”service guarantee model for veterans in higher vocational colleges,and received the good effect of“three-service linkage”among schools,the government,the army and enterprises,created a new pattern of work for college veterans,making college veterans'sense of honor,well-being,sense of mission to further strengthen.
