产教融合背景下构建高职院校创新创业育人共同体路径

Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Community in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industry Education Integration

在产教融合背景下,创新创业人才培养面临着新的机遇,国家对大学生创新创业教育予以高度重视,本文主要总结目前高职院校创新创业人才培养存在的问题,并提出通过优化师资队伍、健全课程体系、搭建实操平台实现全方位育人,专业对接双创,提升实践创新能力,构建高职院校创新创业育人共同体路径。

Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents is facing new opportunities.The state attaches great importance to the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students.This paper mainly summarizes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward that we should optimize the teaching staff,improve the curriculum system,and build a practical platform to achieve all-round education,professional docking and entrepreneurship,and enhance practical innovation so as to build a community path of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
