高职院校IT设备测试现状及其环境构建策略

The Current Situation of IT Equipment Testing in Higher Vocational Colleges and Its Environment Construction Strategy

近些年高职院校大力引入教育类IT设备构建现代信息化教学应用场景,但前期需求调研不足、设备测试不充分等导致正式运行时功能不符、故障率高,影响了IT设备利用效益以及教育教学效果。本文通过对高职院校IT设备测试现状的分析,从明确测试目标、选定搭建模式、规避测试风险和挖掘测试效能等四个方面提出了IT设备测试环境构建策略,并从定制测试标准、关注测试效率和控制测试成本等三个方面重点阐述了有效提高IT测试资源利用效益和降低测试风险的关键举措,以确保教育类IT设备正式上线后满足高职师生的需求与体验,并最终进入采购、部署和应用等阶段。

In recent years,higher vocational colleges have actively introduced educational IT equipment to construct the application scene of information-based teaching.However,due to the inaccuracy in demand research in the early stage and the lax testing of IT equipment,the functions of application scenarios are inconsistent and the failure rate is high,which seriously affects the use efficiency of IT equipment and the effect of education and teaching.Based on the analysis of the current situation of IT equipment test in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the construction strategy of IT equipment test environment from four aspects:defining the test objective,selecting the construction mode,avoiding the test risk and mining the test efficiency.It also focuses on three aspects:customizing the test standard,paying attention to the test efficiency and controlling the test cost to effectively improve the use efficiency of IT test resources and reduce the test risk to ensure that the educational IT equipment can meet the needs and experience of teachers and students in higher vocational education after being put on line,and finally enter the stage of procurement,deployment and application.
