新时代高职学生劳动精神培育的路径研究

Research on the Path of Cultivating the Working Spirit of Higher Vocational Students in the New Era

新时代培育高职学生劳动精神,有助于促成高职学生身体和心理的成熟,鼓励他们践行社会主流的价值观,勇于承担中华民族复兴的重大使命,促进高职学生“德智体美劳”全面发展,培育符合新时代要求的时代新人,完成高职院校人才培养的重要任务。为了完成上述目标,高职院校应建立完备的劳动精神培育体系,明确劳动精神培育目标、创新劳动教育课程体系、注重理论与实践相互结合、发挥劳动榜样的带头作用、优化高职学生劳动精神培育环境。

In the new era,cultivating the working spirit of vocational students will help vocational students to mature physically and psychologically,encourage them to practice mainstream social values,have the courage to undertake the major mission of the Chinese nation's rejuvenation,and can promote vocational students'all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor,cultivate newcomers who meet the requirements of the new era,and complete the important task of talent training in higher vocational colleges.In order to accomplish the above goals,higher vocational colleges should establish a complete labor spirit cultivation system,clarify the goals of labor spirit cultivation,innovate the labor education curriculum system,focus on the combination of theory and practice,play the leading role of labor role models,and optimize the cultivation environment of the labor spirit of vocational students.
