“双高计划”背景下高职院校劳动教育课程体系构建初探 被引量:4

摘要 坚持五育并举,强化劳动育人,补齐教育短板,是高职院校实现立德树人目标的重要举措。“双高计划”背景下,劳动教育已被纳入党的教育方针和人才培养全过程,构建立体化的劳动教育课程体系是其常态化实施的必然路径。目前,高职院校劳动教育课程在课程设置、师资保障、评价体系等方面存在诸多问题,破解现实困境必须强化课程体系建设,通过理论教学和劳动实践的“4+5”教学模式、壮大师资力量、建立考核评价办法等,提升劳动教育在高职院校人才培养中的实效。 To achieve the final goal of cultivating students'virtue,it is essential to adhere to the five education,strengthen labor education and make up for the shortcomings of education in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of“Double High Plan”,labor education has been incorporated into the party's education policy and the whole process of personnel training,and the construction of three-dimensional labor education curriculum system is the inevitable way of its normalization implementation.At present,multiple problems were occurred in the curriculum setting,teacher guarantee and evaluation system of labor education in higher vocational colleges.To solve the practical difficulties,we must strengthen the construction of curriculum system,and improve the effectiveness of labor education in higher vocational colleges through the“4+5”teaching mode of theoretical teaching and labor practice,strengthening the cultivation of talents team and establishing the evaluation methods.
