高校体育教学中开设瑜伽课程的现实基础与实践分析 被引量:2

摘要 2009年,国务院将每年的8月8日设立为“全民健身日”,这一举措进一步推动了全民健身运动的发展,瑜伽运动顺势得到更加广泛的传播,逐渐融入高校体育教学中。在我国高校体育教学中开设瑜伽运动课程具有充足的现实基础,目前我国诸多高校都在体育教学中开设了瑜伽运动课程,并得到了广大学生的喜爱,但瑜伽运动在融入高校体育教学的实践中仍存在意识、教学、人才及设施等方面的问题,难以充分发挥瑜伽运动的健身及育人功能。对此,需要对瑜伽运动融入高校体育教学的实践困境展开具体分析,并针对性的探索优化对策,以期推进瑜伽运动在高校体育教育中的有效落实。 In 2009,the State Council established August 8th every year as the"National Fitness Day",which further promoted the development of national fitness sports.Yoga has been spread more widely and gradually integrated into college physical education.There is a sufficient practical foundation for setting up yoga courses in Physical Education in Colleges and universities in China.At present,many colleges and universities in my country have opened yoga courses in physical education,and they have been loved by the majority of students.However,yoga is being integrated into college sports.In the practice of teaching,there are still some problems in awareness,teaching,talents,and facilities,and it is difficult to give full play to the fitness and education functions of yoga.For this,it is necessary to carry out a specific analysis of the practical dilemma of integrating yoga into college physical education,and explore targeted optimization countermeasures,in order to promote the effective implementation of yoga in college physical education.
