Application of Reading Notes Combined With Case Report in Standardized Training of Oral Resident Physicians

目的探讨读书笔记联合临床病例汇报在口腔住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月—2018年8月在贵阳市口腔医院正畸科进行住院医师规范化培训的22名学员做为研究对象,学员每10天精读1篇与临床相关的中英文文献并制作PPT汇报,每月搜集4个患者资料,制定矫治方案,通过PPT汇报;采用理论考试、考核表及问卷调查表对学员训练前后进行评估。结果通过24个月的专业书籍阅读汇报、文献阅读汇报以及临床病例汇报的培养,学员在查阅、理解及分析文献能力,PPT制作能力,临床思维能力和语言表达能力方面有显著性提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论读书笔记汇报和病例汇报在口腔住院医师规范化培训临床教学中应用,有助于提高其临床思辨能力、实践操作能力以及自主学习能力,教学效果良好。

Objective To explore the application effect of reading notes and clinical case report in clinical teaching of standardized training for oral resident physicians.Methods A total of 22 trainees who received standardized training for resident physicians in the orthodontic Department of Guiyang Stomatological Hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.The trainees read one clinic-related literature in Both Chinese and English every 10 days and made PPT report.The data of 4 patients were collected every month,and the correction plan was made and reported through PPT.The students were evaluated before and after the training by theoretical examination,examination form and questionnaire.Results After 24 months of professional book reading report,literature reading report and clinical case report training,the students showed significant improvement in literature review,understanding and analysis ability,PPT making ability,clinical thinking ability and language expression ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of reading notes report and case report in clinical teaching of standardized training for stomatological residents can help improve their clinical thinking ability,practical operation ability and independent learning ability.
