老年医学在线开放课程的效果分析与应用推广研究

Study on Effect Analysis and Application Promotion of Online Open Course in Geriatrics

目的探讨老年医学课程教学过程中采用在线开放性课程的效果以及课程的应用推广研究。方法对2019年1月—7月期间本院2017级本科四年制康复治疗学专业90名学生的学习情况进行回顾性研究,分为A组(45名)采用传统常规教学法;B组(45名)采用线上线下教学法。课程学习结束后,比较两组摸底考试成绩和出科考试成绩、教学满意度。以及2019—2020年在线开放课程开设后整体实施效果,如学生选修课程情况、课程学习进度、学生的学习行为以及在线发帖数据统计。结果B组摸底考试及出科考试成绩均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组教学满意率为95.56%,高于A组80.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生选修老年医学在线开放课程数量和发帖数量逐步增多,高于学习计划的人数超过77.31%,在线学习的需求急速增长,课程应用有初步成效。结论增设在线开放课程比单纯传统教学法适合老年医学的教学,可以提高学生的理论成绩、教学满意度,课程实施效果较显著。

Objective To explore the effect of using online open course in the course of geriatrics teaching and the application and promotion of the course.Methods 90 cases of four-year rehabilitation medical students of grade 2017 in our hospital from January to July 2019 were studied,According to the lottery method,the groupe A(45 cases)adopts traditional conventional teaching method;the groupe B(45 cases)adopts online open course teaching method.After the course,the results of the two groupes were compared,including the scores of the final examination and the final examination,and the teaching satisfaction and the implementation effect of the online open course from 2019 to 2020,such as students'elective courses,course learning progress,student learning behavior and online posting data statistics.Results The scores of the groupes B were higher than that of the groupe A,and there were obvious differences(P<0.01);The teaching satisfaction rate of the groupe B was 95.56%,higher than that of the groupe A 80.00%(P<0.05).The number of online open courses and posts for geriatrics has gradually increased,with more than 77.31%of students taking the courses higher than the learning plan,the demand for online learning has increased rapidly and the application of the courses has achieved initial results.Conclusion The addition of open online courses is more suitable for geriatrics teaching than traditional teaching methods alone,which can improve the students'theoretical achievement,teaching satisfaction and the implementation effect of the course is remarkable.
