单病种教学查房在神内住培教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 单病种教学查房是衔接医学理论知识和临床实践的重要桥梁,是培养临床医师良好逻辑思维能力和临床实践能力的有效方法,近年在本院住培教学中得到了广泛的应用。我们神内教学团队基于循证医学的理念并紧随医学发展的前沿,经过临床教学的不断实践和论证,优化了单病种教学查房的流程,丰富了教学查房的内涵,并融合了以团队为基础(team-based learning,TBL)的“案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)”和“问题教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)”的教学方法,激励了住培学员自主学习的积极性,提高了学员的临床实践能力,进一步提高了住培的教学效果。 Single-disease teaching rounds are an important bridge connecting medical theoretical knowledge and clinical practice.It is an effective method for cultivating clinicians'good logical thinking ability and clinical practice ability.It has been widely used in residential training in our hospital in recent years.Based on the concept of evidence-based medicine and closely following the forefront of medical development,our neurology teaching team has optimized the process of single disease teaching rounds through continuous practice and demonstration of clinical teaching,enriched the connotation of teaching rounds,and integrated The team-based teaching methods of"Case Teaching Method(CBL)"and"Problem Teaching Method(PBL)"have motivated the enthusiasm of students in residential training,improved their clinical practice ability,and further improved the ability of residential training teaching effect.
