重症医学专科医师规范化培训的现状与展望

Current Situation and Prospects of Standardized Training for Specialists of Intensive Care Medicine

专科医师规范化培训是住院医师培训的延续,是培养具备独立从事专科疾病诊疗能力医务工作者的重要手段。专科医师规范化培训的发展,需要我们适应社会需求,规范培训模式,理清培训思路,健全培训制度,在学科建设、人才培养、诊疗体制、科研创新和人文关怀等方面建立高效而规范的体制模式。重症医学是一门新型跨专业学科,收治病种的复杂性决定了重症专科医师培养的必要性及特殊性。我国重症专科医师培训起步较缓慢,尽管已经取得了可喜的进步,但仍处在逐步完善的阶段。作者从培训背景,培训目标,培训对象以及师资水平等方面分析我国重症医学专科医师规范化培训的现状,分析现存培训模式面临的主要问题,探讨改进方案,展望新的发展思路,以期建立全面、系统、完善的理论知识和技能培训方案,为重症医学科储备高素质人才队伍。

The standardized training of specialized physicians is a continuation of the training of resident physicians,which is also an important means of cultivating doctors with the ability to independently engage in diagnosis and treatment of specialized diseases.The development of standardized training for specialized physicians requires us adapting to social needs,normalizing training models,clarifying training ideas,improving training systems,and establishing an efficient and standardized system model in discipline construction,talent training,diagnosis and treatment,scientific research innovation,and humanistic care.Intensive care medicine is a new type of inter-professional discipline,and the complicated kinds of diseases determine the necessity and particularity of training intensive care medicine specialists.The training of intensive care specialists started relatively slowly in China.Although gratifying progress has been made,it is still in the gradual improvement stage.In order to establish a comprehensive,systematic,complete theoretical knowledge and skill training program which is used to reserve a team of high-quality talents for the Department of Critical Care Medicine,this study analyzes the status quo of standardized training of intensive care medicine specialists in China from the aspects of training background,training objectives,training targets,and teacher levels,analyzes the main problems of existing training models,discusses improvement plans,and looks forward to new development ideas.
