血管介入治疗联合脉血康胶囊对缺血性脑卒中病人MAPK/ERK信号通路及促动脉硬化指数的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Interventional Therapy Combined with Maixuekang Capsule on MAPK/ERK Signaling Pathway and Plasma Arteriosclerotic Index in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

摘要 目的观察血管介入治疗联合脉血康胶囊对缺血性脑卒中病人丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)/细胞外调节蛋白激酶(ERK)信号通路及促动脉硬化指数(AIP)的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2019年10月广安市人民医院神经内科收治的72例缺血性脑卒中病人,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。两组病人均接受血管介入治疗,观察组在此基础上联合脉血康胶囊治疗。比较两组病人临床疗效、血清MAPK/ERK通路蛋白水平、AIP和脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平和后遗症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(94.44%与77.78%,P<0.05)。两组治疗前ERK激酶(MEK)、ERK1-β、ERK2-β蛋白表达水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后MEK、ERK1-β、ERK2-β蛋白表达水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降程度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前AIP和LP-PLA2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后AIP和LP-PLA2水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组下降程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组后遗症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血管介入治疗联合脉血康胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中病人,可降低MAPK/ERK信号通路蛋白表达水平,降低AIP和LP-PLA2水平,且安全性较好。 Objective To explore the effects of vascular interventional therapy combined with Maixuekang Capsule on mitogen activated protein kinases(MAPK)/extracellular signal regulated kinase(ERK)signaling pathway and arteriosclerotic index of plasma(AIP)in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Seventy-two patients with ischemic stroke were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The patients in both groups received vascular intervention therapy,the patients in observation group were treated with Maixuekang Capsule.Clinical efficacy,serum MAPK/ERK pathway protein levels,AIP,lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2)levels and sequelae incidence were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(94.44%and 77.78%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression levels of MEK,ERK1-β,and ERK2-βbefore treatment in 2 groups(P>0.05),but the expression levels of mitogen extracellular signal regulated kinase(MEK),ERK1-β,and ERK2-βafter treatment were decreased in 2 groups compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease degree in observation group was more than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression levels of AIP and LP-PLA2 between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the levels of AIP and LP-PLA2 in two groups decreased after treatment,and the decrease degree in observation group was more than that in control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of sequelae between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vascular interventional therapy combined with Maixuekang Capsule can reduce the protein expression level of MAPK/ERK signaling pathway,AIP,and LP-PLA2 levels in treating ischemic stroke,and it has good security.
