基于中国能流解析的钢铁工业终端节能重要性和潜力研究 被引量:10

摘要 文章通过分析我国能源从生产、转化到利用的流向特征,阐明了以钢铁工业为代表的用能终端节能的重要性。采用节能效益杠杆率量化表征终端节能对于缓解能源源头供给压力的效益放大作用。钢铁工业是终端用能大户,其能耗占流程工业能源终端消费量39%。目前我国终端节能效益杠杆率为1.4,以此为基准,通过分析钢铁生产过程的理论极限能耗,估算钢铁行业可产生4.2亿tce/a的节能潜力、CO_(2)10.9亿t/a的减排潜力。以钢铁为代表的工业终端节能是“第一能源”,是“能源革命”和“碳中和”实现的关键。 The paper analyzed the energy flow character from production,transformation to utilization in China,to illustrate the importance of energy conservation in iron and steel industry.Leverage ratio is proposed to quantitatively clarify the amplification effect of terminal energy conservation to the energy supply reduction.Iron and steel industry represent the most energy intensive sector in China,occupying 39%of the terminal energy consumption area.The leverage ratio is 1.4 at present,and the maximum energy saving and CO2 reduction potential in the industry is estimated to be 420 million tce/a and 1.09 billion CO_(2) t/a respectively,through calculation of the theoretical energy for iron and steel production.Industrial terminal energy conservation represented by iron and steel is the“first energy”,and would be the key for“energy revolution”and“carbon neutrality”.
