摘要
多孔燃烧技术具有燃烧强度高、燃烧速率快、贫燃极限范围增大、负荷调节比增加等优点,拥有广阔的前景。文章对多孔介质燃烧器的甲烷燃烧火焰温度进行了研究。主要内容包括不同的当量比、甲烷流量、燃烧器布置方式、燃烧器长径比等因素对燃烧温度的影响。结果表明,燃烧温度跟当量比之间存在依变关系;甲烷流量越大燃烧温度越高;燃烧器水平放置时燃烧当量比的范围更广;增加燃烧器长径比不利于燃烧,且燃烧温度更低。
Porous combustion technology has the advantages of high combustion intensity,fast combustion rate,increased lean burn limit range,and increased load regulation ratio,and has broad prospects.The flame temperature of methane combustion are studied in a porous media combustor.The main content includes the influence of factors such as different equivalence ratio,methane flow combustor layout and aspect ratio on combustion temperature.The results show that there is a dependent relationship between the combustion temperature and the equivalent ratio;the greater the methane flow,the higher the combustion temperature;the wider the combustion equivalence ration range when the burner is placed horizontally;the increase in the combustor aspect ratio is not conducive to combustion,and the combustion temperature is lower.
