烧结矿在高炉内熔滴性能新方法表征与预测的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了实现烧结矿熔滴性能预判进而减少复杂的熔滴实验量,文章采用可视卧式高温炉对铁矿粉进行同化性能和流动性能实验,获取温度、时间、升温速率、面积等重要过程参数,将这些重要参数与熔滴实验参数进行对照,分析讨论了这些参数与熔滴实验各参数的关系,从而提出了能预测烧结矿熔滴性能的熔融性能特征数,运用量纲分析得到其具体物理意义。最后对5种配矿方案进行实验验证,发现熔融性能特征数的变化趋势和程度与熔滴实验中熔滴性能总特性值相近。因此,使用熔滴性能特征数对烧结矿的熔滴性能进行预判是合理的,能够为烧结配矿提供指导。 In order to predict the melting property of sinter and subsequently reduce the amount of complex melting tests,a visual horizontal high temperature furnace was used for the experiments of assimilation and fluidity of iron ore powder.Some important parameters such as temperature,reaction time,heating rate and area were obtained by such experiments.Through the comparison between these parameters and the ones obtained from melting tests,their relationship was discussed and accordingly the sinter melting characteristic number,which can predict the melting property of sinter,was proposed.The specific physical meaning can be got by the dimensional analysis.Finally,through the verification tests of five kinds of ore matching project,there is a similar trend and degree between the sinter melting characteristic number and the molten drops total property value of melting tests.Therefore,it's reasonable for using melting characteristic number to predict the molten performance of sinter and provide guidance for sintering blends.
