摘要 针对中、小规格特钢圆钢产品质量要求的提高和中小棒材加热炉的工艺特点,某厂在预留地区新建一条国际先进国内一流的中小棒特钢生产线,配套的加热炉开发了低热值转炉煤气应用于常规加热炉、烟气余热极限回收、优化水梁设计减小管底比、采用金属玻璃垫块和改进水梁浇筑施工等一系列关键共性技术,满足了产品质量要求、节能减排要求及智慧化生产要求。 In view of the improvement of the quality requirements of small and medium-sized bar products of medium and small size specials steel and the process characteristics of medium and small bar heating furnace,a new international advanced and domestic first-class production line of medium and small bar special steel was built in the reserved area.The supporting heating furnace developed low calorific value converter gas,which was used in conventional heating furnace,flue gas waste heat limit recovery,optimized water beam design,reduced tube to bottom ratio,improved heat recovery technology,etc a series of key common technologies,such as adopting metallic glass cushion block and improving water beam pouring construction,meet the requirements of product quality,energy saving and emission reduction and intelligent production.
