摘要
文章介绍了某钢铁厂电站燃气锅炉烟气钠基干法脱硫工程的主要系统构成、设计计算和设备选型。工程建成投产以来,设备运行稳定,外排烟气粉尘浓度≤5 mg/m^(3),SO_(2)浓度≤35 mg/m^(3),达到了超低排放的要求,是钠基干法脱硫工艺在燃气锅炉上的一次成功应用。
The paper introduces the main system composition,design calculation and equipment selection of sodium-based dry desulfurization process for gas fired boiler in a steel plant.Since the project was completed and put into production,the equipment has been operating stably.After the sodium-based dry desulfurization,the external flue gas particles≤5mg/m^(3),SO_(2)≤35mg/m^(3),it meets the requirements of ultra-low emission.It is a successful application of sodium-based dry desulfurization process in gas boiler.
