摘要
运用有限元软件模拟覆土作用下直径6m钢波纹管涵洞的应力变形特性,通过计算分析可得:覆土作用下各角度的等效应力有明显变化,波峰波谷最大应力出现角度略有差异,优化前后波峰断面的最大应力同比减小了21.7%,波谷断面同比减小了11.93%。优化前后钢波纹管的最大等效应力减小约18MPa,水平相对位移不变,但竖向位移减小。通过优化结构形式的方法,调整了0°、180°钢波纹管板厚,对水平、竖向位移几乎无影响的情况下,减小了最大等效应力。
Using finite element software simulation turns the soil under the action of 6m diameter steel corrugated pipe culvert stress deformation characteristics,through the calculation and analysis available:turns the soil under the action of the angle of the equivalent stress have obvious changes,the maximum stress appears slightly different angles,wave trough wave section before and after optimization of maximum stress reduced 21.7%,year-onyear trough section reduced 11.93%year-on-year.The maximum equivalent stress of steel bellows decreases about 18MPa before and after optimization,and the horizontal relative displacement remains unchanged,but the vertical displacement decreases.By optimizing the structure form,the thickness of 0°and 180°steel bellows plate is adjusted to reduce the maximum equivalent stress of the angle without affecting the horizontal and vertical displacement almost.
