基于组合赋权的灰聚类方法在交通安全评价中的应用

Application of grey clustering method based on combination weighting in traffic safety evaluation

将基于组合赋权的灰色聚类评价方法运用到交通评价中,以山东省5个市区为例,首先明确了该方法在灰聚类的基础上,提出了更为严谨性的赋权模式,并阐明了该方法的原理与应用步骤。最后利用公安部交管局发布的事故统计年报的数据,对各市区内的交通状况进行评价和分析,并与单用灰聚类方法的评价结果进行比较,说明评价结果具有一定的科学性。

This paper applies grey clustering evaluation method based on combination weighting to traffic evaluation five city in shandong province as an example,the first clear the method on the basis of the grey clustering,more rigor empowerment model was proposed,and illustrates the principle and application steps of the method,finally using accident statistical data of the annual report issued by the Ministry of Public Security traffic management bureau,to evaluate the traffic in the cities and analysis,and with only using grey clustering method to evaluate the results are compared,indicating that the evaluation results have a certain scientific nature.
