摘要
《公路桥梁技术状况评定标准》(JTG/T H21—2011)自2011年9月1日开始实施,经过多年使用,普遍反映评分方法存在较多不尽合理的地方。采用中美英三国相关标准、规范或手册中桥梁技术状况的评分方法,对计算示例进行评分,通过对比分析,讨论在对桥梁部件进行技术状况评定时,使评分值更接近于合理值的方法与建议。
Standards for Technical Condition Evaluation of Highway Bridges(JTG/T H21—2011)has been put into effect since September 1,2011.After many years’application,there were plenty of unreasonable points in the evaluation method.The paper carries out bridge condition evaluation of an example by adopting methods in relevant Chinese,American and British standards respectively.Through comparison and analysis.
