摘要
文章论述了包钢4150 m^(3)高炉在干熄焦系统检修的背景下,高炉连续大比例配加湿熄焦生产,应对不当,造成炉况波动。从焦炭在高炉内作用等方面分析炉况变化情况,通过调整焦炭配煤结构及高炉装料制度、热制度等措施,炉况逐步恢复正常。
In the paper,it is discussed the production of continuously adding large proportion of coke wet quenching into blast furnace under the background of maintaining coke dry quenching system of 4150 m^(3) blast furnace of Baotou Steel and the improper response causes the fluctuation of furnace condition.The changes of furnace condition are analyzed from the functions of coke in blast furnace as well as the furnace condition gradually returns to normal by adjusting the coal blending structure of coke,charging and thermal systems of blast furnace.
