摘要
在稀土钢浇铸过程中,稀土钢钢水与结晶器保护渣相互作用,使保护渣的理化性能发生改变,影响和限制了保护渣冶金性能的正常发挥。文章系统的分析了稀土钢钢水对保护渣理化性能及物相组成的影响。结果表明,进入到渣中的稀土氧化物主要以稀土硅酸盐的形式存在。生成的高熔点稀土钙硅酸盐是保护渣熔化温度、黏度升高的主要原因。稀土钢钢水与结晶器保护渣反应时间越长,保护渣熔渣中吸收溶解的稀土氧化物越多,熔渣中析出的晶质矿物越多,熔渣的结晶率越高。
In the casting process of rare earth steel,the interaction between molten steel of rare earth steel and mould flux makes the physical and chemical properties of mould flux change so that the metallurgical properties of mould flux are affected and limited.In this paper,the effects of molten steel of rare earth steel on physical and chemical properties and phase composition of mould flux are systematically analyzed.The results show that the rare earth oxide entered slag mainly exists in the form of rare earth silicate.The generated rare earth calc silicate with high melting point is the main reason for the increase of melting temperature and viscosity for mould flux.The longer the action time of molten steel of rare earth steel and mould flux,the more the rare earth oxide is absorbed and dissolved in the slag of mould flux,the more the crystalline mineral is precipitated in the slag and the higher the crystallization rate of slag.
