摘要
针对包钢股份动供总厂煤气锅炉烟气颗粒物浓度超过国家标准现象,介绍了煤气锅炉烟气颗粒物排放要求和动供总厂各煤气锅炉排放超标情况,讨论了煤气锅炉烟气颗粒物的产生途径,对颗粒产生的3种途径进行深入分析后,发现了空气质量和锅炉烟气颗粒物超标的关系。通过相同炉型煤气锅炉对比试验,有效地降低了煤气锅炉烟气颗粒物排放浓度,提出了降低煤气锅炉烟气颗粒物的方法,为煤气锅炉烟气中颗粒物排放浓度达到国家现行的排放标准和超低排放改造提出对策。
In the paper,it is introduced the emission requirements of fume particulate matter of gas boiler and excessive emission of all gas boilers in Power Supply General Plant as well as discussed the ways of generating fume particulate matter of gas boiler aiming at its concentration in Power Supply General Plant exceeds the national standard.With the deep analysis of three ways of generating particles,the relation between air quality and excessive emission of fume particulate matter of gas boiler is found.The emission concentration of fume particulate matter of gas boiler is effectively reduced through comparative test of gas boiler with the same boiler type and the methods to reduce it are put forward so that the countermeasures for emission concentration of fume particulate matter of gas boiler to meet current national emission standard and ultra-low emission transformation are put forward.
