焦炉煤气ADA法脱硫运行问题及改进措施

摘要 文章介绍了ADA法脱硫的工艺原理及影响脱硫效果的主要因素,针对某焦化厂ADA法脱硫系统在运行过程中出现的脱硫液pH值偏低、副盐累积量高、脱硫液不发泡、熔硫器放硫磺口易堵塞等问题进行分析并提出改进措施。经过改进,出厂煤气H_(2)S含量达到了设计值以下,脱硫系统连续稳定运行,取得了较满意的效果。 In the paper,the technical principle of desulfurization with ADA method and the main factors influencing desulfurization effect are introduced.The improvement measures are proposed by analyzing such problems in operating process of gas desulfurization system with ADA method in a Coking Plant as the lower pH value of desulfurizing liquid,high cumulant of secondary salt,desulfurizing liquid without foaming and easy blockage of sulfur melting device at sulfur discharge mouth.The content of H_(2)S in discharged gas is below design value and the gas desulfurization system runs stably with improvement so that the effects are satisfactory.
