摘要
针对轨道衡设备套系受机车冲击力及惯性力矩的影响,关键部位容易发生衡体引轨断裂及防爬失效的问题,采取改进防爬架的基础、优化悬臂梁承载结构、升级制作材质、改变防爬架与基础之间的固定方式等技术措施,提高了轨道衡的稳定性及承载能力,有效地减少了防爬失效引起的数据偏差,保障了轨道衡在运行中称重数据的准确性。
In view of the problems that there is fracture on conducting rail of rail weigher body and anti crawling is inefficiency at the key position due to the influences of impact force and inertia moment of locomotive on the equipment set of rail weigher,such technical measures as improving foundation of anti-creep frame,optimizing bearing structure of cantilever beam,upgrading manufacturing material,changing fixing mode between anti-creep frame and foundation are adopted.As a result,the stability and bearing capacity of rail weigher are improved,data deviation caused by ineffective anti-creep is effectively reduced so as to ensure the accuracy of weighing data for rail weigher in operation.
