电磁超声波组合探伤在无缝钢管中的应用

摘要 文章介绍了电磁超声波的工作原理以及无缝钢管电磁超声波探伤、电磁超声钢管检测的测厚原理,从多种形式波形和非接触式检测等多角度阐述了无缝钢管电磁超声波探伤的应用特点。结合目前包钢钢管公司Φ460 mm机组使用的基于电磁超声原理探伤检测设备NORDINKRAFT的实际应用情况进行分析,验证了电磁超声波探伤在钢管生产企业产品在线质量控制的应用效果。 In this paper,it is introduced the working principle of electromagnetic ultrasonic,thickness measure principle of electromagnetic ultrasonic detection and electromagnetic ultrasonic steel pipe testing as well as elaborated the application characteristics of electromagnetic ultrasonic detection process for seamless steel pipe from such aspects as multiform waveform and non-contact detection.The application effects of electromagnetic ultrasonic detection process for on-line quality control of product in steel pipe manufacturer are verified by the analysis combining with practical application situations of flaw detection equipment NORDINKRAFT based on the principle of electromagnetic ultrasonic used inΦ460 mm unit in Steel Tube Co.of Baotou Steel.
