摘要
目的运用Meta分析系统评价孕妇宫内感染对子代神经发育的影响。方法检索的数据库包括:CBM、知网、维普、万方、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase,通过Meta分析来评估孕妇宫内感染对子代神经发育影响。结果共纳入24篇文献3933例患儿。Meta分析得出的结果示,不同研究间存在异质性(I^(2)=56%,P<0.01),经随机效应模型计算得出孕妇宫内感染对子代神经发育患病风险的OR值为4.59(95%CI 3.52~5.98)。Begg和Egger’s检验显示,纳入文献存在一定的发表偏倚(P<0.05);经校正后,宫内感染与新生儿脑损伤患病风险OR值为3.15(95%CI 2.38~4.18)。结论孕妇宫内感染对子代神经系统发育有不良的影响。
Objective To evaluate the effects of pregnant women’s intrauterine infection on the neurodevelopment of their offspring with Meta-analysis system. Methods Searched databases included CBM, CNK, Weipu, Wanfang, PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library and Embase. Meta-analysis system was used to evaluate pregnant women’s intrauterine infection on the neurodevelopment of their offspring. Results 3933 children with 24 articles were included. Meta analysis revealed that there was heterogeneity among different studies(I^(2)=56%, P<0.01). According to random effects model,OR of intrauterine infection on neonatal brain damage was 4.59(95%CI 3.52~5.98). Begg and Egger’s test showed that the included literature had a certain publication bias(P<0.05). After correction,OR of risk of intrauterine infection and neonatal brain damage was 3.15(95% CI 2.38~4.18). Conclusion Intrauterine infection in pregnant women would have adverse effects on the development of nervous system of offspring.
