摘要
截顶结构超聚能装药较常规聚能装药具有更加优异的综合毁伤能力,即侵彻深度和侵彻口径可以大幅度提升。为了提高大锥角聚能装药结构的侵彻深度和侵彻口径,对大锥角聚能装药进行了截顶结构设计,通过调整附加装置结构及材料,并对药型罩的结构进行调整,初步设计了6组方案,利用AUTODYN-2D软件对不同聚能装药结构的成型特性进行数值仿真研究。结果表明:通过加入高密度的附加装置代替传统药型罩的顶部,改变附加装置和药型罩的结构,在附加装置推动、药型罩压垮加速空间增大以及压垮角增大的三重作用下,能够有效提高射流的头部速度,提高药型罩材料的质量利用率,可以形成直径粗大的高速射流。其中采用截顶半球形附加装置变壁厚结构超聚能装药所形成的射流形态最优,其射流头部速度可超过10000 m/s,药型罩利用率达到51.6%。
The truncated top hyper shaped-charge has better comprehensive damage ability than the conventional shaped charge,which can greatly enhance the penetration depth and aperture.In order to enhance the penetration depth and aperture of shaped charge,the truncated structure of shaped charge with large cone angle was designed.By adjusting the structure and materials of the additional device and the structure of the liner,six groups of schemes were preliminarily designed.The forming characteristics of different shaped charge were studied by numerical simulation by using AUTODYN-2D software.The results show that the jet tip velocity and the quality utilization of liner material can be effectively improved,and a high-speed jet with large diameter can form by adding high-density additional device to replace the top of the traditional liner and changing the structure of the additional devices and liner,which provides the additional driving force,increases the collapse acceleration distance and the collapse angle.The jet shape formed by variable wall-thickness hyper shaped charge with truncated hemispherical additional device is best,and the jet head velocity can exceed 10000 m/s,and the quality utilization rate of the liner can reach 51.6%.
