粘胶纤维牵伸机的设计与运行分析

摘要 为优化牵伸机设计、工艺、电仪配合,满足多品种粘胶纤维生产需求,并解决辊体绕丝问题,通过理论设计、推导演算、实测对比,从粘胶短纤维牵伸机辊体设计、牵伸力、运行状态等方面进行分析。指出:牵伸机辊体直径不宜过大,应选择耐酸碱腐蚀、抗刀具割伤和钩拉的辊体材料以及合理的表面形状;采用四辊、五辊式配合单辊液压或变频电机驱动使用,利于生产控制和维修;当发生辊体绕丝问题时,应及时降速停机。 In order to optimize design,technology and the coordination of electricity and instrument of drafting machine,meet the production needs of various viscose fibers,and solve the problem of roller winding fiber,analysis is carried out form the aspects such as roller design,drafting force and running state of the drawing machine for viscose staple fiber through theoretical design,derivation and measurement comparison.It is pointed out that roller diameter for drawing machine should not be too large,and the material to resist acid and alkali corrosion,cutting tool and hook pulling and reasonable surface shape of the roller should be chosen.Using four-roller,five-roller drawing machine with single roller hydraulic or frequency conversion motor drive is conducive to production control and maintenance;when problem of roller winding fiber is happened,the drawing machine should be slow down and stopped timely.
