摘要 为了提高No.21C-S型全自动络筒机的生产效率,减少细纱管纱积压,介绍管纱供给机构、CBF机构、捻接装置、自动落纱机与清纱器等的原理,分析其常见故障并做出修整;阐述清纱器管纱成形报警、条干纱报警的原因和提高自动络筒机效率的途径。指出:提高No.21C-S型全自动络筒机的生产效率,要从单锭维护出发,做好日常清洁、检查、校正等工作,提高看台水平和维修技术,可将其效率提高到86%以上。 In order to improve the production efficiency of the automatic winder No.21 C-S and reduce the overstocking of bobbin yarn,the principle of bobbin yarn feeding mechanism,CBF mechanism,splicing device,automatic doffer,yarn cleaner and so on is introduced,and the common faults are analyzed and fixed.The causes of bobbin yarn forming alarm and evenness yarn defect alarm of yarn cleaner and the ways to improve the efficiency of automatic winder are described.It is pointed out that to improve the production efficiency of the automatic winder No.21 C-S,it is necessary to start from the maintenance of single spindle,do a good job of daily cleaning,inspection and correction,and improve the level of stand and maintenance technology,so that the efficiency can be increased to more than 86%.
