提高织机卷取能力的新型橡胶刺皮

为了提升织机用橡胶刺皮的卷取能力,满足织机高速、宽幅以及品种适应广的需求,介绍新型橡胶刺皮的结构与性能特点,以及适用范围和使用注意事项。通过与国外产品的性能指标对比,结果表明:新型橡胶刺皮指标优异,牵伸握持力强,使用寿命长,可实现织物高效稳定卷取,且更换方便、停台误工时间短;阻尼减振层减振降噪,能改善织造环境;使用中应注意选用合适的粘合胶水,控制好包辊工艺,做好日常维护。

In order to improve the winding capacity of rubber covering of winding roller for loom,and meet the needs of the loom for high speed,wide width and wide variety adaptability,the structure and performance characteristics of a new type rubber covering of winding roller for loom,as well as the scope of application and precautions for use are introduced.Compared with the performance indicators of foreign products,the results show that the new type rubber covering of winding roller for loom has excellent indicators,strong drafting and holding power,long service life,and is efficient and stable winding of fabrics,convenient replacement,and has short downtime;the damping vibration reduction layer can reduce vibration and noise,which can improve the weaving environment;it should be paid attention to selecting suitable adhesive glue,controlling the wrapping process well,and doing daily maintenance well during use.
