定眩汤加减联合利多卡因对眩晕症患者的治疗效果及安全性观察

Therapeutic Effect and Safety Observation of Dingxuan Decoction Combined with Lidocaine on Patients with Vertigo

目的 探讨定眩汤加减联合利多卡因在眩晕症患者中的临床治疗成效以及安全性。方法 选取我院在2020年5月至2021年5月期间神经内科收治的78例眩晕症患者作为本次的研究对象,按照治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组采用单纯静滴利多卡因和维脑路通,患者为30例,治疗组在静滴利多卡因和维脑路通的基础上配合定眩汤加减,患者为48例。10 d为1个疗程,治疗结束后对比分析两组患者的治疗成效、DHI眩晕评分以及不良反应发生率。结果 两个疗程治疗之后,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,其两者差异较为明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的DHI眩晕评分明显低于对照组,其次差异较为明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗中的不良反应发生率较低,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在眩晕症患者临床治疗的过程中,采用定眩汤加减联合利多卡因具有良好的临床治疗成效,并且尚未发生不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Dingxuan decoction combined with lidocaine in patients with vertigo.Methods 78 cases of vertigo patients in our hospital from May 2020 to may 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method.The control group was treated with single intravenous lidocaine and Venoruton,and the patients were 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Dingxuan Decoction on the basis of intravenous lidocaine and Venoruton,There were 48 patients.Ten days as a course of treatment,after treatment,the therapeutic effect,DHI vertigo score and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the DHI vertigo score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with vertigo,Dingxuan decoction combined with lidocaine has good clinical effect,and no adverse reactions have occurred,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
